Logging In As Mailbox Owner

If a mailbox owner has the FTP login option enabled, he is granted access to his FTP directory and CP+ user account. To log into the mailbox owner's user account:

1. Go to the user control panel URL:
   http://cpplus_host_domain:20000/
2. Enter the login and password:
   

   

   The login consists of two parts delimited with a dot. The first part is the name of the mailbox and the second is the domain owner login. For example, if the mailbox is sales@example.net, the first part will be sales, and the second part example.
