Managing Websites

For managing websites log in as domain admin at http://cpplus_host_domain:10000/. On the Main page, click Manage Websites. The list of websites will appear:

You will have the following options to choose from:

 

Add SubDomain

To add a subdomain, click on the website name.

 

Change Password

To change password, click the icon in the User column.

 

Edit Website

To edit domain settings, click on the domain name. This page is divided into five sections.

The middle portion of the page provides information about the details of the website owner, database, etc.:

The bottom portion of the page lists website management options:

  • Manage Databases

    To create a new database, click the Create a new database button.

    To import existing database to server, choose it in the right-side window and click the Import Now button.

    To delet database, click it's name in the list press the Delet This Database button.

  • Change User/Domain Name

  • Manage SSL Certificate

    The Secure Socket Layer protocol was created to ensure secure transactions between web servers and browsers. The protocol uses a third party, a Certificate Authority (CA), to identify one end or both end of the transactions.
    The page header provides current SSL certificate details:

    Form to create a certificate signing request (CSR) and private key for this website. The resulting CSR can be submitting to a certificate authority (CA) who will return a signed certificate for pasting into the third form on this page.

    Form to install a new SSL certificate, once a signed certificate has been returned by the CA the CSR was submitted to. Any existing active SSL certificate will be overwritten.

    • The encryption using a private key/public key pair ensures that the data can be encrypted by one key but can only be decrypted by the other key pair.

  • Add Alias Website

 

Edit a mailbox/FTP user

To add, edit or delet a mailbox/FTP user, click the icon in the End Users column.

NOTE: Domain Owner doesn't have action Delet. The Domain Owner can be deleted only together with a site.

To add new Mail User, click on Add Mail User:

To add new FTP User, click on Add FTP User:

To edit End User, click the icon in the Name column:

If you choose to disable a website, it will go offline, but the settings won't be lost. You can enable it later.
