Using Webmail

Mail user can compose emails and read incoming mail directly from his CP+ user account.

To manage webmail, click the Webmail icon on the end user home page. You will see the list of emails. You can delete selected messages and forward them to another email address.

Composing Email

To compose an email message, click the Compose New Email button.

Compose email: enter the From, To, Cc and Bcc addresses, message Subject and Priority. Enter the message itself into the text area and add Attachments if necessary.

Before sending email, you can check it for spelling errors. When done, click Send Mail.

Reading Email

To read incoming mail, click the sender name in the From section and you will see the message:

From this page you can reply to the received email, forward the email, delete message and also print it out

- Click Deny Sender if you want to put the sender into the black list. In this case you will no longer receive messages from this sender.
- Click Report as Spam if you want to mark this message as possible spam, but want to receive messages from this sender. Later you can deny emails from this sender.
